Virender Sehwag on Virat Kohli ODI World Cup 2023: ICC organized an event in Mumbai to announce the official schedule of the ODI World Cup to be held in India. When India won the ODI World Cup for the last time in the year 2011, Virender Sehwag was also a part of Team India at that time. After the announcement of the schedule, Sehwag made a special appeal to the Indian players and said that they should win it for Virat Kohli.

During this, Virender Sehwag further said that he is eagerly waiting for the great match between India and Pakistan. Responding to the question of which team is likely to win in this match, Sehwag said that India plays better in pressure matches, in which case they can be considered to have an upper hand. In the 1990s, Pakistan used to do better in such matches, but since the 2000s, India has been seen doing better in such matches.
