Delhi News: In Hindu religion, the month of Sawan is very special for the worship of Lord Mahadev. People believe that worshiping and seeing Lord Bhole in the month of Sawan (Sawan 2023) brings his happiness. This time the month of Sawan is also very special because this time the holy month of Sawan will last for almost two months and there will be 8 Mondays in it. Which is no less than a festival for the devotees of Mahadev. The month of Sawan has started from today, despite it not being a Monday, on the first day the devotees have started reaching the temples since morning for the worship of Bhole and Jalabhishek in Shivalayas.

During this time there were constant chants of Mahadev in the temple.
Sawan will be of about two months this year
Significantly, this year’s Sawan will be of 58 days, that means the month of Sawan will be of about two months for the worship and devotion of Lord Shiva. The holy month of Sawan will start from 4th July and will continue till 31st August. During this, there will be more month from 18th July to 16th August. For this reason, this year the month of Sawan will be of 2 months. According to religious beliefs, Lord Vishnu is in Yoga Nidra from Devshayani Ekadashi to Devuthani Ekadashi. During this there will be 8 Mondays, which are considered best in the month of Sawan for worshiping Mahadev.
