Although Shekhar has also apologized for this message, but the court says that he will have to face the consequences.
Justice Anand Venkatesh said that the bigger your stature in the society and the more famous you are, accordingly it becomes your responsibility to be careful before posting anything or messaging anyone on social media platforms like Facebook. . What did SV Shekhar say?
The court said that his remark was an offense against public peace as soon after the incident there was uproar across the state. On the other hand, SV Shekhar says that it is very rare that he forwards any message. The message about which this ruckus has been created, was sent to him by someone and he forwarded it without reading it. Shekhar says that later he also removed the message from his account and apologized for it on the same day. However, the court has refused to give him relief even on his argument.
