Texas Super Kings could not win the match
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Washington Freedom scored 163 runs on the board for 5 wickets in 20 overs. For the team, opener Matthew Short scored 80 runs in 50 balls by hitting 10 fours and 3 sixes. Coming out to chase the runs, Texas Super Kings could score 157 runs in 20 overs at the loss of 7 wickets. Bravo’s brilliant innings could not take the team to the threshold of victory.
