Delhi Wrestling Hall: The Aam Aadmi Party government of Delhi is going to give a big gift very soon to the wrestlers of the capital and surrounding areas. Let us tell you that from the Olympics to the Asian Games, the dominance of Indian wrestlers is seen, most of the wrestlers participating from India in these games are from Haryana only. An international level wrestling hall is being prepared by the Delhi government in a village of the capital, whose construction work is being completed rapidly. In this wrestling hall, wrestlers coming from Najafgarh and Haryana region of Delhi will get an opportunity to prepare for wrestling.
The minister did a terrestrial inspection
An international level wrestling hall is being prepared in Mitraon village located in Najafgarh, capital Delhi, in which wrestlers will be able to practice. Delhi’s Transport Minister Kailash Gehlot along with his officials inspected the wrestling hall being built in the rural area of Najafgarh and gave clear instructions to the officials that taking special care of all the facilities, its construction work should be completed as soon as possible. Go Gehlot said that this wrestling hall is being prepared under the guidance of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, where wrestlers from Najafgarh as well as Haryana will get a lot of help in preparing for wrestling.
The case of Indian wrestlers reached the international stage
At the same time, the case of allegations of sexual exploitation against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, President of the Wrestling Federation of India, has now reached the national as well as the international stage. In this case, the United World Wrestling (UWW), the world’s highest organization related to wrestling, has condemned the action taken on the wrestlers in the past and has also threatened to sack the Indian Wrestling Federation from the organization. Earlier, the wrestlers were openly supported by the Delhi government. Cabinet ministers including CM Arvind Kejriwal himself went to Jantar Mantar and met Indian wrestlers and assured them of all possible help.
