A new twist has come in the movement of wrestlers against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. After the meeting with Amit Shah, the wrestlers came under the scanner for joining duty. But now it has been made clear from the side of the wrestlers that they are ready to quit their jobs for the movement. Bajrang Punia says that if the job becomes an obstacle in the path of justice, then he is ready to leave it.
It has also been made clear on behalf of Bajrang Punia that his movement will continue as before. Bajrang Punia tweeted, “Those who told our medals to be worth Rs 15 each are now after our job. Our life is at stake, a job is a very small thing in front of that. If the job is seen to be an obstacle in the way of justice, then we will not take even ten seconds to leave it. Don’t show fear of job.
Earlier, the news of the end of the movement on behalf of Bajrang Punia was declared false. He said, “The news of withdrawal of the movement is just a rumour. These news are being spread to harm us. We have neither retreated nor have we withdrawn the movement. The news of women wrestlers raising FIR is also false. The fight will continue till justice is served.
Vinesh and Sakshi also gave answers
In fact, the news of the end of the movement intensified when the information came to light that the wrestlers had met Union Home Minister Amit Shah. After this, such information also came to the fore that on Monday, wrestler Sakshi Malik, who was agitating, has returned to her duty on the railways.
Sakshi Malik, however, made it clear that joining duty does not mean that she has distanced herself from the movement. Vinesh Phogat has also made it clear that she remains a part of the movement and her fight will continue till she gets justice.
