Pakistan Budget 2023-24: The budget for the new financial year 2023-24 is going to be released in Pakistan, which is facing economic crisis. In such a situation, the eyes of the people there are fixed on the government of Shehbaz Sharif. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has directed the officials that before the general elections (Pakistan Elections 2023), special steps should be taken in the interest of the poor and middle class people in an effort to make the budget friendly to the people.

According to the report of Pakistan’s SamaTV, today i.e. on Friday, June 9, the Shahbaz government will present its Union Budget. Before presenting the budget, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called a high-level meeting on budgetary proposals related to energy. That meeting was attended by federal ministers including Pakistan’s Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Khwaja Muhammad Asif, Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan, and Maryam Aurangzeb and other officials.

Shahbaz Sharif said – take special care of the poor
Presiding over the high-level meeting, Shehbaz Sharif said, “I want that despite Pakistan’s economic challenges, special steps should be taken to protect the weaker sections of the society.”

  • Finance Minister Ishaq Dar will present the budget in the National Assembly at 4 pm.
