Trudeau meets with a group of Ukrainian soldiers
During this, a group of Ukrainian soldiers who had taken training in Canada spoke to Trudeau. A member of this group, whose name is Colonel Petro Ostapchuk, told reporters that this group has received shooting, military exercises and other types of training in Canada.
He further said that it is a privilege for him to meet Prime Minister Trudeau. Significantly, Canada has a sizeable population of Ukrainians. Relations between the two countries are also good. In such a situation, after the invasion of Russia, Canada has helped Kiev as much as possible.
