Government machinery should work to make Ambedkar’s dreams come true – CM KCR


Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Secretariat: Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao said on Sunday (April 30) that the new secretariat of the state has been named after Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. CM KCR said that it has been prepared with the intention that public representatives and the entire government machinery should work to make the dreams of the architect of the Indian Constitution come true.

KCR inaugurated the new secretariat complex, which is 265 feet tall and spread over an area of ​​10,51,676 square feet in 28 acres. “The journey of Telangana will continue with Ambedkar’s message and on the path shown by (Mahatma) Gandhi,” he said.

Foundation stone laid on 27 June 2019

Explain that Chief Minister KCR had laid the foundation stone for the construction of the secretariat on June 27, 2019, but its construction could start in January 2021 after delays due to the Kovid-19 pandemic, court cases and other issues. The dome of the Secretariat is built in the style of the Nilakanteswara Swamy temple built during the reign of the Kakatiya dynasty at Nizamabad.

Dalit Bandhu scheme will be implemented

Rao said that Dalit Bandhu Yojana will be implemented in the entire country after his party comes to power. In the ‘Dalit Bandhu Yojana’ launched in the year 2021, 10 lakh rupees are provided as 100 percent grant to scheduled caste families to start business. Grants given under the Direct Benefit Transfer scheme do not need to be repaid.

He said, “I want to tell you a few things. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the next government will be formed by us, ours and ours only. Some of our enemies may not be able to digest it. But a spark is enough for the light. Earlier, KCR had said that Ambedkar’s statue, installed next to the state secretariat, would be the tallest statue of him in India and would inspire people and the entire state administration everyday.
