Malay Kedia, who scored 100 percentile, has always been a topper, wants to do research from Cambridge


JEE Main 2023 Result: Malay Kedia of Ghaziabad has brought laurels to the district by securing the fourth position in the All India Rank with 100 per cent marks in the result of JEE Main (2023) examination. The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the result of JEE (2023) in the early hours of Saturday. The examination was conducted on April 10, in which Malay, studying in Vasundhara’s Seth Jaipuria School, has topped the district by securing the fourth rank.

Malay, who secured the fourth position in JEE exam in All India, has been a topper in studies since childhood. Let me tell you, Malay was sent by his parents in Kota for preparation in 9th standard, but in March 2020, there was a lockdown in the whole country, so Malay had to live in a different place away from his family.

On the other hand, Malays say that living all alone in a city where you do not have any friends is very disturbing mentally. I was very worried to come home, everyone started saying that there is nothing in Kota which cannot be found at home. At the same time, during the lockdown, Ghaziabad was able to return from Malay Kota after a month. After this, Malay took admission in a private coaching institute in 2022 and studied 12 hours every day and secured 99.99 percentile in JEE Mains, but he was not happy with his number. That’s why he gave the test again and in the result that came last Saturday, Malay achieved 100 percentile score, in which Malay has AIR-4 in the whole country.

On the other hand, Malay’s father Bhaskar Kedia told that for the first time Malay had secured the first rank internationally in the Mathematics Olympiad in class four. Being the topper in studies, Malay got scholarship from class 6 to 12 from Jaipuria School. Best student award has also been received for being the topper in the class every year. He told that in the year 2020, Malay was selected in the Junior Science Olympiad, but due to Kovid, the Government of India had stopped the program. Because of this, Malays could not lead India. Last year, Malay led the Indian team in the Astronomical Olympiad in Georgia. Got selected in Chemistry Olympiad this year. His father says that Malay used to leave the house at eight in the morning for studies and used to study till eight in the night.

Malay told his success mantra
Malay told that he mostly focused on NCERT syllabus. Along with this, he used to follow the study material of his coaching institute. Also solved many sample papers continuously. Malay further said that studying at home was very beneficial for me. I was with my family and talking to my mother used to be like a therapy session for me, which used to energize me. Malay further wants to pursue B.Tech in Computer Science trade from IIT Mumbai and after graduation wants to do research in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, Cambridge. So that they can help in solving the problems of the country. Let us tell you that the JEE Mains exam was conducted by NTA on 10th April. Earlier, the JEE Pre exam was held on 30 January. After this, the JEE Advanced exam will now be held on June 4.
