During that time, a 30-year-old man boarded the metro making noise. Other people traveling with him stopped him. One of them caught hold of him badly, he began to suffer but did not let go.

According to Alberto, “The man who died in the scuffle was shouting in the metro that he would be hungry and thirsty. Other passengers got scared due to the man’s shout, then a passenger came from behind and strangled the man. Slammed him in the metro itself and did not leave him for about 15 minutes. During that time the subway stopped at the Broadway-Lafayette station and the doors opened. Many passengers got down and boarded, but those three people who were holding the person did not get down.
The New York Police Department said that they received information about the scuffle of those passengers in the metro rail at 2:25 pm. When the officers reached there, the man was lying unconscious on the floor in the metro. Police said that the person died on the spot.
