Opposing this term and condition, NSUI workers raided DAV school on Tuesday and tried to enter the principal’s office. During this, a large number of police forces were deployed there. The police force stopped the workers. During this, the NSUI workers were shouting slogans against the ADV school management, but what happened in the midst of this sloganeering became a crime.

When Sunil, already famous for his exploits, reached near the policemen ahead of the crowd, he was stopped by head constable Darshalal Dewangan. Then did Bobby become enraged. After this, he grabbed the head constable’s collar and throat and started abusing him. Seeing this, Vishrampur police station in-charge KD Banerjee and Jaynagar’s ASI intervened. Police registered FIR
After Tuesday’s incident, head constable constable Darshalal Dewangan posted at Vishrampur police station has lodged an FIR against Sunil alias Bobby Aggarwal. Station in-charge KD Banerjee said that a case has been registered against Bobby Aggarwal in several non-bailable sections including obstructing government work, assault and abusing.
