Mukhtar Ansari News: The crimes of mafia don and former MLA Mukhtar Ansari from Mau have now started to be accounted for. Today, the verdict in the attempt to murder and gangster case against Mukhtar Ansari is to be pronounced in the MP MLA Court of Ghazipur. Earlier this decision was to come on April 27 but the court had fixed May 6 i.e. today as the date for sentencing Mukhtar.
Mukhtar Ansari is the main accused in the Kapil Dev Singh murder case. A case has been registered against him for attempt to murder and in a gangster case. A case was registered against Mukhtar in the year 2009 under 307 in Muhammadabad Kotwali area. During the investigation of this case, a case was also registered under 120B, making Mukhtar a co-accused in this case. Along with this, a case was also registered in the Karanda police station in the Kapil Dev murder case. All these cases were included in the gang chart.
Decision on Mukhtar Ansari may come today
In these cases, the public prosecutor had asked the court for two weeks time for written arguments, after which the court had fixed the date of sentencing on 27 April, although the court had again set the date for 6 May. All the legal procedures have been completed in the court in this matter. After which today a decision can come on Mukhtar Ansari in these matters.
Giving information on this matter, Mukhtar Ansari’s lawyer Liaquat Ali said that a case was registered against Mukhtar under 307 in 2009 in Muhammadabad Kotwali. During the investigation, a case was also registered under 120B, making Mukhtar a co-accused in this. Liaquat Ali said that his client was in jail at the time of the incident.
Let us tell you that a week ago, on April 29, the MP-MLA court of Ghazipur has also imposed a sentence of 10 years and a fine of five lakh rupees on Mukhtar Ansari in a case of Gangster Act. This case is related to the murder of former BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai.
