Lucknow Bada Mangal Bhandara: Now permission will have to be taken from Lucknow Police for Bhandara on Bade Mangal in Lucknow. In the order issued by the police, the responsibility of giving permission for the event has been given to the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned zone. Police Commissionerate Lucknow has issued some guidelines regarding the organization of Bhandara and worship. In the press release issued by the Police Commissionerate, Lucknow, it has been said that on the day of Bada Mangal, the residents of Lucknow organize pujas and bhandaras at various places with enthusiasm. But it has often been seen that some people organize events by putting up pandals on public roads as well. A huge crowd of devotees gathers in the religious program.
Police made permission mandatory for Bhandara
Traffic gets affected due to congestion and common passersby have to bear the brunt of it. Keeping in view the problems faced by the general public, the Lucknow Police has made permission mandatory for Bhandara. Guidelines have also been issued by the Commissioner of Police and Joint Commissioner of Police, Law and Order. It has been told in the guidelines that in view of Section 144 in Lucknow district, it has been made mandatory to take permission for any event related to Bade Mangal from the Deputy Commissioner of Police of the concerned zone.
Organizers will have to follow the guidelines
All the organizers will have to ensure that the event is organized after getting permission. The organizers have been warned not to organize any event related to Bada Mangal on the road, main road, public place, due to which traffic problem arises. It will be the responsibility of the organizers to brief the police guidelines to the colleagues involved in the event management. During the event, the devotees will have to keep giving information related to following the line. The vehicles of the devotees will be parked at the designated place only.
