Maharashtra News: In Maharashtra’s Thane city, a teacher has been suspended after she punished some students for allegedly not paying school fees. The officers provided this information. In a private school here, a class VI teacher asked the students to write ‘tomorrow I will not forget to bring my school fees’ 30 times in their notebooks.

Video clip viral on social media
Some parents started protesting after a video clip of what the teacher had asked the students to write was circulated on social media platforms. Thane Municipal Corporation (Thane Municipal Corporation) took serious cognizance of this and Corporation Commissioner Abhijeet Bhangar ordered the education officer to visit the school and investigate in Ramamale. In a release issued on Saturday, the TMC said that the education officer initiated an inquiry, after which the school management suspended the teacher.

The school is investigating the matter
The release said that the education department had directed the school to take appropriate action against the teacher. According to the release, the school was also warned that such things should not happen again. The school is probing the matter and the education department is keeping an eye on it. Bhangar said that it is wrong to pressurize the students in this way. Under the Right to Education Act, there is a ban on creating such an environment that students have to face mental or physical harassment. According to the release, this type of situation has a bad effect on the mentality of the children and the school needs to be aware of it.
