The information about the fake news being spread by Hong was first received by the Cyber ​​Department of the County Police Bureau. Officials found that a news related to April 25 is being shared very fast. On investigation, it was found that this news has nothing to do with reality.

Hong misused ChatGPT to claim that nine people had died in a local train accident on April 25. After this, the investigation of the person who publicized this news started, after which Hong was taken into custody and interrogated. The police of Gansu province told that in this case the accused can be sentenced to five or ten years of imprisonment.
