PMLN Vs PTI In Pakistan: former prime minister of pakistan Imran Khan Violent protests have been happening since Imran Khan was arrested. There is violence and arson in every city. Punjab, the largest state of Pakistan, is now in the hands of the army. Internet has been shut down.
Red alert has been issued in the capital Islamabad and paramilitary force rangers have also been deployed in many other cities. Amidst all this, there is a war of words between the leaders of the ruling PML-N party and the Imran-led PTI.
Pro-Imran leaders are being arrested and put in jails. According to Al-Jazeera, the police have so far arrested more than 1,000 supporters of Imran. Imran himself has expressed the apprehension of his murder.
On the other hand, Ahsan Iqbal, a minister in the current Shahbaz government of Pakistan, has strongly criticized Imran and PTI. Ahsan Iqbal said today that Imran and his supporters dared to harm the Pakistani army. Now all of them are facing the consequences.
Ahsan Iqbal said – strict action will be taken
Taking a dig at PTI, Ahsan Iqbal said on Wednesday (May 10) that the army is our own, we cannot harm our own army. He said that schools were set on fire at many places across the country. PTI is behind this. We are saying that whoever was involved in this, strict action will be taken against them.
‘We never used violence as they are doing now’
Iqbal said, “Imran has been arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a legal way. When Imran was the PM, our people were sent to jail, but they did not do that. We never used violence. No other party has done this.” Did not behave in Pakistan, as they (Imran supporters) are doing now.”
