ASI of Bihar Police shot dead in Jehanabad during checking, youth died after 45 days


Nalanda: On March 28 in Jehanabad, a youth riding a bike was shot dead by the ASI after chasing him for not wearing a helmet. Sudhir, a bike rider, was badly injured after being shot. The injured youth struggled for life and death in the hospital for 45 days, but he died on Friday (May 12). After being shot, the relatives of the young man went from Nalanda to Patna for treatment but he could not be saved.

The deceased youth Sudhir was a resident of Korthu village under Telhara police station area of ​​Nalanda district. His age was around 23 years. On March 28, Sudhir was going to Bandhuganj market in Jehanabad by bike to bring goods. Meanwhile, the police was conducting vehicle checking campaign near Anantapur village of Jehanabad. Sudhir had neither a helmet nor a driving license.
