This ASTR technology has identified and identified 3.37 lakh suspected mobile connections involved in fraudulent activities in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Telecom Department Madhya Pradesh first analyzed these connections. After this, instructions were given to cut all fake connections. The department has shared the ASTR analysis with TSP. The Department of Telecom has instructed to register FIR against the point of sale found involved in the sale of suspected SIMs issued on fake or forged documents.

Information about suspicious numbers and point of sale has also been shared with the Cyber ​​Crime Branch of Madhya Pradesh to prevent illegal activities. The department says that this step will prevent the use of fake or forged unauthenticated mobile connections in various illegal activities including cybercrime in Madhya Pradesh.
