Rajasthan News: In the case of abducting Nasir and Junaid of Ghatmika village under Pahari police station area of Bharatpur district of Rajasthan and burning them to death in their Bolero vehicle, the police immediately arrested the main accused Rinku Saini. After that, on the basis of the evidence gathered in the interrogation of Rinku Saini and the investigation, the police released the names of 8 accused along with photographs. But for a long time none of the 8 accused were caught by the police, so Inspector General of Police Gaurav Srivastava declared a reward of 10-10 thousand on the 8 accused. Just a few days back, the police arrested two accused Gogi resident Bhiwani and Monu Rana resident Paluwas Bhiwani, after a lot of effort.
It was revealed when the charge sheet was presented in the court
When the police has presented the charge sheet against the three accused in the court, then it has been revealed that the investigation is still pending against 27 accused in the murder of Nasir and Junaid. The names of some accused are included in the FIR and there are some other accused whose involvement has been seen in the police investigation which will be completed under CrPC 173 (8).
The kidnapping case of Nasir and Junaid was registered at Gopalgarh police station in Bharatpur on 15 February 2023 and on 16 February their bodies were found burnt along with their Bolero vehicle in Bhiwani, Haryana. In this case, the police arrested Rinku Saini on February 17 itself. In the interrogation of Rinku Saini and in the investigation done by the police, the names of the 8 accused along with the photographs were released by the police. The main eight accused of the murder were absconding and could not be caught by the police, after that Gaurav Srivastava, IG of Bharatpur division, declared a reward of 10-10 thousand on all the 8 absconding accused. After much effort, the police arrested two accused Monu Rana and Gogi.
Inquiry on police remand for 10 days
When the police interrogated both the accused from the court on police remand for 10 days, the involvement of other people in helping and killing Nasir and Junaid has also come to the fore. Against the three main accused caught by the police, the police has presented challan in the Kaman court against the three accused under sections 120B, 147, 148, 149, 201, 302, 364, 365, 367, 368, 435 of the IPC.
Investigation pending against these accused
When the charge sheet was presented by the police against the three main accused who killed Nasir and Junaid, then it was revealed that these accused were Mohit alias Monu Manesar, Shrikant Maroda, Anil Multhan, Lokesh Singla, Vikas Arya, Vishal Jewali alias Natwar, Kalu alias Krishna Badal, Shashikant, Devi Lal, Bholu, Navneet, Sanjay Parmar, Deepak Matloda, Azad Acharya, Kishore Sain, Shivam, Tushar aka Tannu, Rajveer, Manoj Guhana, Yogendra Acharya, Bhola Silani, Ramesh aka Messa Sisar, Ashu Jangda, Sukhvindra The investigation against Sukhi alias Sukhi, Pravesh Boxer and Ravindra alias Kalia is still pending.
