AAP hopes to get the support of the opposition against the ordinance, Sanjay Singh said- ‘Supreme Court will go…

Delhi News: Aam Aadmi Party leaders have been protesting fiercely ever since the central government promulgated an ordinance regarding transfer-posting of officers in Delhi. After ministers Saurabh Bhardwaj and Atishi, now Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has targeted the central government. He said that this ordinance (Center Ordinance on Delhi) is against the Constitution of India.

Sanjay Singh said that the central government is just doing dictatorship. Against this attitude of the Centre, the Aam Aadmi Party will oppose the ordinance from the road to the Parliament. He said that when it comes in the Parliament, I hope that the entire opposition will be against this ordinance. Not only this, this matter will go to the Supreme Court.

Black law, not ordinance

He said that no ordinance can be issued without going outside the constitution. How can an ordinance be brought by going beyond the constitution of India? This is not an ordinance but a black law against the government elected by the people. The AAP MP claims that the elected government is being killed through the ordinance. In such a situation, the constitution of this country will not survive at all. There is a state of emergency in this country. This is dictatorship. CM Arvind Kejriwal is being stopped from working.

The government does not follow the law of the country

The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court has given a decision that the decision of transfer and posting should be with the elected government. This government does not follow the law of the country. Earlier, Minister Atishi had said that this ordinance has been brought to kill democracy and the constitution. This is an attempt to take away the right given by the Supreme Court’s decision to transfer and posting of CM Arvind Kejriwal officers.
