After the break on ‘Power’, AAP will hold a big rally on June 11, preparing to open a front against the Center

Delhi News: The fight between the Center and the AAP government seems to be intensifying over the ordinance brought by the Center on the subject of transfer-posting in Delhi. The AAP on Monday said it will organize a mega rally on June 11 against the black ordinance, which effectively gives the lieutenant governor control over administrative services, bypassing the Supreme Court’s judgement.

Called upon the public to join the rally

AAP Delhi convenor Gopal Rai said in a press conference that the Center will impose such dictatorial decisions on the country.  He called upon the public to participate in  this rally to be organized at Ramlila Maidan. He said that the ordinance has made it clear that the BJP-led central government will impose such dictatorial decisions on the country. That’s why you along with the people of Delhi have decided to run a campaign against it.  On June 11, the people of Delhi will gather at Ramlila Maidan against this ordinance of the Center.

What is the whole matter?

Let us tell you that the Center had issued an ordinance on May 19 to form the National Capital Civil Services Authority for the transfer of IAS and DANICS cadre officers and for disciplinary action against them. The Center had taken this step a week ago after the Supreme Court’s decision in which it had given the Delhi government the right to take decisions on all subjects except police, law and order and land.
