Terrorist’s sleeper cells are sending drugs and deadly weapons through smuggling in both the states. Explosive material has been found several times in Ambala in the last 2-3 years. In Punjab, the role of local gangsters has also been involved in these works. In such a situation, Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij has held a meeting with the police officers to clamp down on terrorist activities.

Home and Health Minister Anil Vij on Monday held a meeting with police officers, officers of Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Intelligence Bureau and National Investigation Agency and formulated a strategy to make them work in coordination. Let us tell you that recently four hand grenades were recovered from Sontali village of Ambala. Which was deactivated by the police. Taking cognizance of this matter, Home Minister Vij got this issue included in the routine meeting of the police.

Officials took decision on issues related to law and order
Let us tell you that apart from Home Minister Vij, officers from central agencies as well as from Punjab were present in this meeting to take decisions related to law and order. In the meeting, issues like targeting Punjab and Haryana by terrorist organizations were discussed. In the meeting, talks were held with the terrorist leaders to end the nexus of the gangsters of Punjab. Vij said that to root out the ever-increasing influence of terrorism, the agencies will now jointly work on the prepared strategy.

How these incidents can be controlled was also told through the presentation. The officials present in the meeting brainstormed on the possibilities that they should not be allowed to flourish by thwarting the plans of ISI, which is trying to create terrorist networks in Punjab and Haryana.
