Nowadays a large number of people are falling prey to serious diseases. Bad lifestyle and bad habits are some of the reasons, which are giving rise to many dangerous diseases, such as cancer. With the help of healthy lifestyle, you can stay away from many diseases. Whereas due to poor lifestyle, you can become a victim of many diseases. Actually, the things we eat daily only work to make our body healthy or unhealthy. If you eat food rich in nutrients, then the problems caused by their deficiency will be far away from you, while on the contrary, eating unhealthy food can cause you many diseases.     

Do you know that cancer is also caused by poor diet and lifestyle? There are more than 200 types of cancer, in which breast cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer are some common types of cancer, which are seen the most. 1. Eat less sugar: Sugar is not only like poison for diabetic patients, but it is also harmful for an ordinary person. If you consume a lot of sweet things on a daily basis, then stop doing so from today itself, because the changes that occur in the body due to the consumption of excess sugar can also give rise to cancer. 

2. Keep the gut healthy: The ‘gut microbiome’ made up of trillions of good bacteria plays an essential role in  immune function, nutrient absorption and reducing inflammation. While an imbalanced gut microbiome can cause inflammation to build up, which can increase the risk of certain types of cancer.

3. Eat healthy food: Everyone should eat nutritious food and avoid eating anything unhealthy. If you eat unhealthy food more then you may be at risk of various types of cancer. 

4. Take less stress: Taking more stress and worrying also has a bad effect on health. Even the immune system is badly affected. If you want to avoid getting vulnerable to various diseases including cancer, then take the stress of anything to a minimum.
