Jammu-Kashmir Police Raids: The Jammu and Kashmir Police Special Investigation Unit (SIU) on Wednesday (May 24) raided the houses of four terrorists in several places in Kishtwar district. These four terrorists are in Pakistan and carry out terrorist activities from there. A senior official gave this information in Jammu.

Kishtwar Senior Superintendent of Police Khalil Ahmed Poswal said the raids were carried out in Padder, Keshwan and Thakrai after the National Investigation Agency (NIA) obtained a search warrant from a court in a case under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

On May 18, houses of 5 terrorists were raided.

Earlier on May 18, the SIU team raided the houses of five terrorists. These terrorists carry out terrorist activities from Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Apart from these, the houses of three suspicious people were also raided in the district.

Non-bailable warrant was issued against 23 terrorists

Poswal said that the evidence found in the raid would be used to accuse him of anti-national activities and involvement in terrorist acts. On April 26, a special NIA court in Jammu had issued non-bailable warrants against 23 terrorists from Kishtwar, who were carrying out cross-border terrorist activities.

36 people went to Pakistan on the path of terror- SSP

Even before this, non-bailable warrants were issued against 13 terrorists of the district. The SSP said that 36 people from Kishtwar had gone to Pakistan on the path of terrorism. During investigation, two FIRs were registered against him after his involvement in terrorist activities was found.
