A study published in Annals of Plastic Surgery surveyed 132 women who went to a clinic for breast reconstruction surgery because of breast ptosis. Researchers looked at some of the factors associated with sagging breasts in these women, and found that: age, significant weight loss of about 50 pounds (22.6 kg) or more
