Ajit Pawar Remarks: NCP leader and Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Ajit Pawar has once again given a statement moving away from the line of his party and the alliance (Maha Vikas Aghadi). That’s why I personally feel that this new building of Parliament was needed. This record was made in time during the Corona period. Now in this new building everyone should work according to the constitution and solve the problems of the common people. Everyone should be involved in this.

‘Shinde doesn’t need to resign on moral grounds’
Significantly, on May 11, the Supreme Court had ruled that Maharashtra’s Eknath Shinde Government cannot be disqualified. The court had left the matter of disqualification of the MLAs to the Speaker, while the apex court had rejected the Thackeray faction’s plea to reinstate Uddhav Thackeray as CM on the ground that he (Uddhav) would face the floor test. Had resigned from the post of his own free will.
After this, the Shiv Sena (UBT) had sought Eknath Shind’s resignation from the post of CM on moral grounds. On this, Ajit Pawar expressed a different opinion from his alliance partner Shiv Sena (UBT) and said that there was no need for Shinde to resign on moral grounds. He had said that he knew that Shinde would not resign even in his dreams.
Shinde had claimed that the government would not fall
Following the Supreme Court verdict, a delegation of the Shiv Sena (UBT) submitted a 79-page letter to Maharashtra Assembly Deputy Speaker Narhari Jirwal and Assembly Secretary Jitendra Bhole, demanding disqualification and action against 16 MLAs belonging to the Shinde camp. Sharad Pawar’s resignation was welcomed
Recently, Sharad Pawar had suddenly announced his resignation from the post of NCP chief. After which many veteran leaders and workers of NCP demonstrated demanding withdrawal of resignation. Soon after the announcement of Chacha Pawar’s resignation, Ajit Pawar had said that Sharad Pawar will not take back his decision. Along with this, he appealed to the workers not to worry and said that whoever will be the new president, he will be with him. He had said that the decision of the committee will be accepted. However, in front of the stubbornness of the party workers, Sharad Pawar had to change his decision to resign.
