‘Becoming more smart than necessary…’, when the Supreme Court Justice told the girl

Supreme Court: The Supreme Court made a big comment on Tuesday (May 30) during the hearing of the case of alleged kidnapping of a 20-year-old girl. The girl herself came in front of the court and kept her point. She told the court, “I do not live with my family and my brother sexually assaults me.” On this allegation of her, Justice Bela Trivedi said, “You will not make such allegations. You are speaking anything.”

According to Live Law, the court has refused to consider the plea of the accused person. The court has also asked the Delhi Police to provide security till the girl is taken back to Varanasi. The girl also said, “Her real brother was abducted before the court proceedings. She said she is not going back fearing danger.”

Justice Bela Trivedi further said, “She is not willing to hear this case. You cannot take the law into your hands. You are being smart more than necessary. Anything is being said.” To this the lawyer said, “The girl herself has decided to go out.” Justice said on the lawyer’s point, “No, there is something wrong. How did he know about this matter? He is not even a party.”
