Accident or Murder: The veil is still hanging over the suspicious death of a Class 10 girl student at Sunbeam School in Ayodhya. The post-mortem of the dead body was done by a panel of three doctors on Saturday. The post mortem report also came late in the evening. The Ayodhya police has not said anything clearly on the gangrape with the girl student. SSP Muniraj has demanded a high level team of FSL from Lucknow. The memory of the student has been sent for investigation. A special police team has been constituted for investigation.
The mystery of the suspicious death of the girl student was not resolved
According to the police, in the post-mortem report, the cause of death of the student has been told as falling down from the roof. The girl student got hurt due to falling down from the roof. SSP Muniraj said that in the post-mortem report, injury is related to falling from the roof. FSL team has been called from Lucknow along with formation of special team for investigation. The relatives allege that the police have not yet given the post-mortem report.
The relatives have raised questions on the police investigation in the suspicious death of the girl student. After 26 hours, on Saturday afternoon, the police registered a case against the school management for gangrape, murder, erasing evidence and under the Pasco Act. Manager Brijesh Yadav, Principal Rashmi Bhatia and sports teacher Abhishek Kanojia have been made accused.
Police is interrogating sports teacher Abhishek Kanojia. The post mortem report of 3 member doctors is very important in the case. The girl’s relatives say that even after the summer vacation, the girl is called from the school at 8:45 in the morning. The distance from home to school is 10 to 15 minutes. CCTV footage of 16 seconds has surfaced at 9:39 am. In the CCTV footage, the girl student is seen falling down from the three-storey roof of the school. According to the relatives, at 10:00 am, it was informed on the phone that the girl student got hurt due to falling from the swing.
The student died in the hospital at 5:00 in the evening. Now the relatives are raising the question that why the school management lied about falling from the swing. Manoj Srivastava, the father of the deceased, accused the Principal Rashmi Bhatia of misleading her. He said that the principal was with the family members from 4.00 to 4.30. If she had told about falling from the roof earlier, she would have been taken to Lucknow by air ambulance. He said that the daughter was neither depressed nor had any kind of disease. She was also very good at reading and writing.
Family raised questions on police investigation
The father also raised questions on the theory of the girl taking sleeping pills. He said that after 10th there was a preparation to send the girl child to Kota, Delhi. The daughter is seen laughing in the CCTV footage. According to sources, Rashmi Bhatia told the police that the student was suffering from depression for a long time and used to take sleeping pills to relieve stress. Principal Bhatia cited the conversation with the student. The student used to blame the relative for depression.
The principal mentioned the incident that happened with the girl student outside Ayodhya. The relatives completely rejected the principal’s talk. The father says that no relative comes to the house. The principal is giving false statements to mislead the police. The Ayodhya police’s investigation is more focused on the mobile chat of the girl student and the statements of the accused principal Rashmi Bhatia than on the questions.
A senior officer told on condition of anonymity that the missing mobile of the girl student is in police custody. The chat of the dead girl student has been found on the social account from mobile. The girl student is talking about committing suicide in three-four days. The question is with whom the chat was taking place. The police had questioned the principal Rashmi Bhatia about the chat. The relatives have called the chat nonsense.
