Chasing 171 runs, Chennai Super Kings needed 10 runs in the last two balls to win. Mohit Sharma was throwing this over from Gujarat. In the last four balls, Mohit Sharma had spent only 3 runs. On the fourth ball of the over, Jadeja hit a six keeping the yorker in mind and using the depth of the crease. After this, 4 runs were needed on the last ball and Jadeja made Chennai the champion for the fifth time by hitting a four.
