Tirath Singh Rawat met BJP leaders Dushyant Gautam and BL Santosh in Delhi on Monday. If sources are to be believed, Tirath Singh Rawat now wants to meet the high command. According to sources, the former Chief Minister wants to contest from Pauri or Haridwar Lok Sabha seat. However, there is no confirmation about which leaders of the high command the former CM has sought time to meet. It is expected that soon he may meet many leaders.

The former Chief Minister has been creating controversies with his statements in the past as well.
