When the deadline to return the money invested by the people was over, he retracted and showed re-investment of that money without the consent of the investors.

Gola himself used to teach the tricks of getting people to invest by doing stage shows. The person who used to invest, was given a bike or a car as a gift from the company. He accumulated property worth crores with the money of the investors.

Gola also got some of his companies listed in the stock market by creating bogus companies, including ICL Organic, BTCI Agro. ICL was preparing to list Multitrading India Pvt Ltd in the stock market, but before that the police caught him. Six cases of cheating have been registered in Prem Nagar police station and two in Pilibhit. At the same time, a case has been registered against Jitendra in Prem Nagar police station and still a large number of investors are queuing up to register the case.
