Sonbhadra News: In Sonbhadra, a badly injured man was found lying in suspicious condition near Dhandhraul dam of Pannuganj police station area late night. The relatives alleged that he was murdered with a sharp weapon and filed a police case and demanded action, but the police got confused about who should investigate this.

Robertsganj police, Pannuganj and Rampur Barkonia police, who reached the spot after the information of the family members, remained embroiled in the border dispute for hours. Finally, after hours of hard work, the matter was resolved on the basis of the map, then on the basis of the tahrir of the family members, the Pannuganj police station registered a case under section 304A of the IPC.

It so happened that Nand Kumar, a resident of Pannuganj police station area, was going on a motorcycle late at night to take his son back from the wedding ceremony. Even after an hour passed, when Nand Kumar did not reach the spot, his son called his father Nand Kumar’s mobile two or three times, when no answer was received, he left for home on foot. Meanwhile, on the way, he found his father in an unconscious condition. After which the son informed the family by calling and took the father to the district hospital by ambulance, but the doctors declared him brought dead.

Nand Kumar was found injured near the main Ghaghar canal of Dhandhraul dam. When the relatives wanted to register a case alleging his murder, the police of three police stations got caught in the boundary dispute regarding this matter. The police of Pannuganj, Rampur Barkonia and Robertsganj Kotwali all started talking about the case being in each other’s area. After which the police of all the three police stations continued to puzzle over this matter for hours. After this, the police of all the three police stations brought the map, then where could the whole matter be resolved and then the Pannuganj police started further action by registering a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

The relatives of the deceased have alleged that unknown miscreants attacked them with sharp weapons. There are severe cut marks on his head and legs. His motorcycle has also been found broken. On the other hand, doctors say that Nand Kumar was brought to the hospital in a dead state. There was a lot of bleeding from his head, ear and nose, who got this injury, it will be clear only after the post mortem report.

On this matter, the Additional Superintendent of Police has registered a complaint on the complaint of the relatives of the deceased. A case has been registered under section 304 A of the IPC. The bike of the deceased has also been found broken. Further legal action will be initiated after the post mortem report is received.
