Greater Noida Crime News: Beta-2 police of Greater Noida have arrested 16 foreign nationals living illegally. After the arrest, 16 people including three women of African origin were sent to the Detention Center. Police had launched a joint operation for checking foreign nationals. During checking, foreign nationals could not show valid passport to the investigation team. Police and LIU team took action in Casa Green Society. The verification campaign of foreign nationals was run on the instructions of Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh.

Foreign Nationals Verification Drive

Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh said that passport and visa of foreign nationals living in the district were checked. He said that within 15 days the police had busted the drugs factory twice. 12 foreign nationals were caught both times with drugs worth 450 crores. That’s why it was decided to run the verification campaign of foreign nationals. He said that legal action is being taken against the foreign nationals caught in the joint checking operation of Beta-2 Police and LIU.

16 citizens of African origin arrested

Among those arrested, 13 are men and three are women. Under the supervision of the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, the verification campaign of the native citizens has been carried out. Foreign nationals were living in the district without necessary documents passport and visa. Arrested after registering a case against foreign nationals for not having valid documents. Foreign nationals were living in India despite their visas having expired. Let us tell you that before the recovery of drugs worth 150 crores, the police had seized drugs worth 300 crores on May 17. On secret information, the police had exposed the drugs factory operating from 2021.
