So far 288 people have died in the accident

In Balasore, Odisha, on June 2, at around 7.30 pm, 3 trains met with an accident. So far 288 people have died in this accident. At the same time, more than 900 people are injured. More than 15 hours have passed since the accident, still the rescue operation is going on. The injured passengers have been admitted to hospitals in Gopalpur, Khantapara, Balasore, Bhadrak and Soro. Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also reached the accident site. During this, he took stock of the situation by talking to the officials present on the spot and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav.
