UP News: A case of alleged ‘Love Jihad’ with two sisters has come to light in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The youth of a particular community had eloped with a minor girl. The accused was pressurizing the minor girl to convert after seducing her. After the complaint of the girl’s mother, the police recovered the girl. The accused was also keeping the elder sister of the minor girl with him for 6 years. Presently the accused is absconding. At the same time, the police has recorded the statement of 164 of the girl. In the statement, the girl told that you have told the past. The case is of Kotwali police station area.

Actually, a married girl living in Kotwali area used to work in a factory about 6 years ago. There he became close to a young man named Javed. Javed coaxed him and took him with him. She had two children and Javed got her divorced from her husband. She has been living with Javed since then. After that, Javed started wooing his sister-in-law, who is a minor, and took her along with him. The mother of the victim minor girl filed a case against Javed in the police station. After this, the police have recovered the minor girl and are looking for the accused in the case.

‘He wanted to marry my sister’

Giving information, the victim girl said, “My sister used to work in the factory and that boy also used to work. He wanted to marry my sister. Wanted to convert. My sister refused, then she had to wait for 10 months. Leaving the child, he followed me. Wanted to marry me, wanted to convert me and was forcing me when I protested. Along with fighting, I refused him and I went to my mother. I’ll be with.”

Giving information, the girl’s mother said, “First he kept my elder daughter with him for 6 years. The daughter has children. Now he has taken my younger daughter, she has come in 10 days. I was telling the daughter that we will We will keep him as a Muslim. We refused, we are Hindus, we will marry a Hindu, we were saying we will marry, we told the elder girl also, we were telling the younger girl also. We have been living with the elder girl for 6 years. A girl child has been born. The accused’s name is Javed and he works in the house. My daughter used to work in the factory, he used to come and go to the factory, he also has a factory. The accused is a resident of Bhujpura. .” On the complaint of the victim girl’s mother, the police recovered her after registering a missing complaint.

Was forced to convert – BJP leader

While giving information, BJP leader Vinay Varshney said that this whole matter is of love jihad. He seduced a poor girl working in a factory and took her with him after divorcing her husband. During this, there was talk of adopting both the girl’s children, after that she was forced to convert. During this a child was also born. If she did not agree to change her religion, she was sent home.

Vinay Varshney said that after leaving the girl, he took her younger sister, who is only 14 to 15 years old, with him. Even a minor girl was forced to convert to Islam, she was beaten up. If he did not accept Islam, he was released. The whole family is upset, her mother has been ill, she has been admitted to the hospital, BJP people helped, after that the girl has returned home safely.

What did the police say about the matter?

On this matter, the police officer of the city, Abhay Pandey, said that the victim, a resident of Babri Mandi of Police Station Kotwali Nagar, had gone with a person and in that regard a case was registered in crime number 146/23 Kotwali. In that indictment it was shown that the person with whom she had gone was the brother-in-law of the girl. In this regard, by making efforts from our side, we have recovered the victim. The accused is being searched. His arrest will be ensured. There is no mention of any religious conversion in the statement from the victim, yet action will be taken after probing the whole matter.
