Police reached Imran’s house, took this step against former PAK PM for ‘threatening’ a female judge


Imran Khan Pakistan News: The troubles of former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan are increasing. Islamabad Police has reached Imran’s residence in Lahore, where he was issued a court summon for ‘threatening’ a female judge.

According to a report in Pakistan’s Geo News, the case of ‘threatening’ the woman judge is related to Imran Khan’s speech in 2022 in which he allegedly threatened the police and a woman judge when one of his close aides, Shahbaz Gill was denied bail in a sedition case.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman in trouble
Last month, on May 9, Imran Khan was arrested from the premises of the Islamabad High Court, after which there was an uproar in Pakistan. There was violence and arson at various places, in which many people lost their lives. However, after the protests intensified, Imran was later released by the Supreme Court within 48 hours. On the other hand, in May, Islamabad Judicial Magistrate Malik Aman upheld the bailable arrest warrant against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman in Imran’s threat case. However, the court agreed to Imran Khan’s request for exemption from appearance on June 1 and adjourned the hearing till June 8.

Directed to appear in court on June 8
Regarding Imran’s appearance, the Islamabad court had said that the warrant at Imran Khan’s residence could not be compiled through proper legal procedures. According to Geo News report, the court through legal procedures Imran Khan He has been ordered to ensure compliance of the warrant and directed him to appear on June 8.
