And, Turkey will also give 20 billion dollars for 5 nuclear bombs.”

He says that now the world cannot even stop us from exporting it. He said, “We have neither signed the NPT nor the CTBT. We carried out our nuclear program by smoking. Today the world may have come to know about it, but now the world cannot stop us.”
Name the countries which sought nuclear technology
