Women will get 10 years sentence
Special Assistant to PM Shahbaz Sharif Ataullah Tarar said that the women who attacked military establishments on May 9 would get 10 years of imprisonment as their crime was unpardonable. In Pakistan, on May 9, Imran Khan was arrested by paramilitary rangers outside the Islamabad High Court in the Al Qadir Trust scam case.
After this arrest, widespread violence erupted in the country. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s arrest was declared illegal by the Supreme Court, two days after the Islamabad High Court granted him interim bail for two weeks.
Many leaders of PTI party resigned
In the protests in Pakistan, PTI supporters especially targeted army bases. He believed that the army was behind the arrest of Imran Khan, because a day before his arrest, Imran Khan had told an army officer a lie. Imran Khan After the arrest, there has been upheaval at the political level in the country. Many leaders of PTI party have also resigned due to fear of army.
