Material
- Milk – 2 cups
- Cream – 3 cups
- Ripe mango puree – 2 cups
- Custard powder – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 2 cups
Mango Ice Cream Recipe
- To make Mango ice cream, first dissolve the custard in a quarter cup of milk.
- Heat the remaining milk and sugar together, let the sugar dissolve completely in the milk and let it boil.
- When it starts boiling, add custard mixture to it and boil it again.
- Cook on low flame for two to three minutes and turn off the gas. Now let it cool down.
- Add mango puree, mango pieces, cream and vanilla essence to it.
- Mix them well and put them in a container with a tight lid.
- Keep it in the freezer for a while to set completely.
- Now take it out and beat it with the help of a hand blender and put it back in the fridge
- Keep in mind that the lid of the container should be properly closed, there should not be a layer of ice in it.
- Now beat it once again and keep it in the freezer to set.
- After some time take out the container from the freezer.
- Your ice cream is ready, you can serve it with dry fruits.
