The Sri Lankan team had to face defeat by 6 wickets in the first match of this ODI series against Afghanistan. After this, Lanka bounced back brilliantly in the second ODI to win by 132 runs and level the series at 1-1. Now in the last ODI, Sri Lanka won the series by 2-1 by winning by 9 wickets.
