The danger of cyclonic storm ‘Biparjoy’ is increasing, today it can show its fierce form


Cyclone Biporjoy Update: After Mocha, another cyclone ‘Biparjoy’ is threatening the coastal areas of the country. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), this cyclonic storm Biparjoy can show its severe form on Thursday (June 8). Not only this, it is likely to take a huge form on June 9 as well. Its direct impact will be seen in the coasts of Kerala-Karnataka and Lakshadweep-Maldives. Along with this, there is a possibility of very high waves in the sea from June 8 to 10 on the Konkan-Goa-Maharashtra coast.

When will monsoon knock in Kerala?
According to the IMD, due to the formation and intensification of a low-pressure area over the southeast Arabian Sea, the cyclonic circulation can seriously affect the arrival of monsoon towards the Kerala coast. Although, the monsoon may knock in Kerala on 8 or 9, but there is a possibility of light rain only. Meteorologists say that the severe cyclonic storm is likely to intensify further and the Biparjoy storm will move north during the next three days.

The India Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding Biparjoy in Gujarat. This cyclonic storm is about 1,060 km to the south-west of Porbandar in Gujarat. On the other hand, the state government says that it is fully prepared to deal with the situation of any natural disaster.
