ABP C-Voter Survey: Will Aam Aadmi Party be able to repeat its 2022 performance in Punjab in 2024?

Punjab News: The political atmosphere of the country is hot at this time. Lok Sabha elections are to be held in 2024. Regarding this, all the political parties including BJP, Congress are preparing according to their own. Talking about Punjab, during the assembly elections in 2022, the Aam Aadmi Party had registered a spectacular performance and won. A glimpse of AAP’s growing popularity in Punjab was also seen in the recently held Jalandhar Lok Sabha by-election, in which the AAP candidate registered a historic victory. But now the question in people’s mind is whether AAP will be able to repeat its 2022 performance in Punjab in 2024 elections? That is, will AAP be able to transfer those votes to the Lok Sabha, which you had demonstrated in the assembly?

C-Voter’s shocking answer

C-Voter has conducted a weekly survey for abp news to find the answer to this question amid the hot political atmosphere. In the All India survey, 2 thousand 64 people have been talked to. This survey has been done this week. It has a margin of error plus minus 3 to plus minus 5 percent. According to this survey, 41 percent people have agreed that the Aam Aadmi Party will perform like the 2022 assembly elections in the Lok Sabha elections to be held this time. While 44 percent people have believed that it will be difficult for AAP to perform like 2022 assembly elections in the Lok Sabha elections. On the other hand, being 15 percent has not given any clear answer this time.

3 percent difference between yes and no

According to Sarv, there is only 3 per cent difference between yes and no. But the Aam Aadmi Party currently has only one member in the 543 Lok Sabha. Experts say that even after becoming a national party, the Aam Aadmi Party has not been able to change its image as a state party. Perhaps this was the reason why AAP contested two elections in Delhi and could not win even one. In the last election, even the deposits of AAP candidates were forfeited on 4 seats. Similarly it happened in Punjab also. AAP had won four seats in 2014, which came down to just one in 2019, which it also lost in the by-elections.
