International Wrestling’s referee Jagbir Singh has made a big disclosure after the allegations of women wrestlers. The trial for the Senior Asia Wrestling Championship was held on 25 March 2022. When the photo session took place after the trial was over, during this time a female player was touched wrongly by Brijbhushan Singh. Then the female wrestler went away and stood.

‘India TV’ But during an interview, International Wrestling’s referee Jagbir Singh was standing at a distance during the photo session incident. He has supported the point of the female player.

Referee Jagbir Singh told that during the photo session the first female wrestler was standing next to Brij Bhushan Singh but suddenly she left from there. Hati, at that time she was looking uncomfortable and was also giving some reaction. Jagbir Singh said that I was in both Lucknow and Phuket, where Brijbhushan Singh made women wrestlers uncomfortable.

‘Women players were touched in the wrong place’
Referring to an incident in 2013, referee Jagbir Singh told that the Junior Asia Championship was held in Thailand. Brijbhushan Sharan Singh had also gone there. During this, the Indian players were told that they would be served an Indian dinner today. Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh and his companions were drunk at the time of dinner, when that player came there for dinner, he was touched where he should not have been touched.   

7 women wrestlers had filed a complaint
Let us tell you that the wrestlers have accused Brij Bhushan Sharan of sexual harassment and they are adamant on demanding Brij Bhushan’s arrest. At present, after meeting Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur, the wrestlers have postponed their agitation till June 15. Wrestlers have received assurance that charge sheet will be filed against Brij Bhushan by June 15.
