Only 26 percent of employees trust Mark Zuckerberg’s leadership
According to the report published in the Wall Street General, only a quarter of the employees of this company ie 26 percent have faith in the leadership of Mark Zuckerberg. The survey was conducted between April 26 and May 10, just before the last round of layoffs. Whereas earlier in the survey conducted on October 2022, this figure was around 31 percent. In such a situation, the CEO has lost 5 percent and the trust of the employees.
Why 74 percent of employees are unhappy with Zuckerberg
Significantly, Mark Zuckerberg has shown the way out to more than 21,000 Meta employees in several phased layoffs since last year. First of all, in November 2022, the company laid off 13 percent i.e. 11,000 employees to cut costs. After this, the company year 2023 Announced a total of 10,000 layoffs (Meta Layoffs). This retrenchment has been done in several phases. Due to this, the mental pressure on the employees has increased in the last few days.
