Who does not like to eat laddoos, laddoos are definitely made on any auspicious occasion in the house. On hearing the name of Laddu, mouth starts watering, whether it is adults or children, everyone eats Laddu with great fervor. You must have eaten besan and sometimes motichoor laddoos and often made it at home as well. But if you are thinking of trying something new, then make flour laddoos this time.
Believe me it will double your happiness. Flour laddoos are as good for health as they are delicious. It doesn’t take much time to make it either. It is easily made and you can store it for a few days. If you want, you can easily take the flour laddoos outside. Once you eat flour laddoos, you will forget gram flour laddoos. Let’s know how to make flour laddoos.
Ingredients for making dough balls
1. 1/4 cup raisins
2. 1/4 cup cashews
3. 1/4 cup almonds
4. 4-5 small cardamom
5. 4-5 black pepper
6. 3-4 cloves
7. 1 cup Makhana
8. 2 tbsp ghee
9. 500 grams flour
10. 400 grams powdered sugar
How to make flour laddoos
To make flour laddoos, first heat a pan and put one spoon of ghee in it. Then add all the dry fruits cashews, almonds, raisins and makhana and fry them lightly. When all the dry fruits are roasted, take them out in a vessel and leave them to cool. Then add small cardamom, cloves and black pepper in the same pan and fry them. When all the things are roasted properly, take them out in a separate utensil. On the other hand, take another pan and heat it by adding one spoon of ghee. Then put flour in it and fry till it turns light brown. When the flour is roasted well, take it out in a vessel and leave it to cool.
Now put cloves, small cardamom and makhana in a mixer and grind them well. Take it out in a vessel. Put almonds and cashews in the mixie and grind them. When all the ingredients are ground well, add all those ingredients to the roasted flour and mix well with your hands. Now put powdered sugar in it. When all the ingredients are well mixed in the dough, grease your hands with ghee and make round shaped laddoos from the dough and place them on a plate. When all the laddus are ready, put them in a tight container. Later, whenever you feel like eating, take it out and eat it.
Suggestion
If you do not have sugar powder, then you can grind sugar and make powder and use it.
Make sure to add dry ginger while making flour laddoos because by adding dry ginger, the laddoos will become tasty as well as healthy.
