Petrol-Diesel Price Update: The price of crude oil in the international market has been declining for some time now. There have been no changes in the prices of petrol and diesel in the country’s capital New Delhi.
One liter of petrol in New Delhi is being sold at Rs 96.72 and diesel at Rs 89.62. Petrol in Mumbai is priced at Rs 106.31 and diesel at Rs 94.27 per litre. One liter of petrol is available in Kolkata at Rs 106.03 and diesel at Rs 92.76. Petrol price in Chennai is Rs 102.73 and Diesel price is Rs 94.33 per liter.
In which cities fuel became cheaper and costlier
Changes in fuel rates have been seen in many cities of the country. In Noida and Greater Noida, the price of petrol is Rs 96.79 and diesel is cheaper by 14 paise at Rs 89.82 per litre. Talking about Ghaziabad, petrol is being sold here at Rs 96.58 per liter and diesel at Rs 89.75 per litre. Petrol is cheaper by one paise in Lucknow at Rs 96.57 per liter and diesel at Rs 89.77 per litre.
In Jaipur, Rajasthan, the price of petrol has become costlier by 13 paise at Rs 108.67 per liter and diesel has increased by 12 paise at Rs 93.89 per litre. Petrol price in Gurugram remains constant at Rs 96.99 and diesel is reduced by 21 paise to Rs 89.65 per litre. In Bihar’s Patna, the price of petrol increased by 24 paise to Rs 107.48 per liter and diesel increased by 22 paise to Rs 94.26 per liter.
