Police reached Hizbul terrorist’s house after taking warrant from NIA court, conducted search operation, collected evidence


Jammu-Kashmir Police: Jammu and Kashmir Police is continuously running a campaign against terrorists. Meanwhile, the Kishtwar Police, along with the Special Operations Group, on Saturday (June 10) conducted a search at the house of one of the active terrorists of Hizbul Mujahideen.

An officer of the Kishtwar police said that they obtained a warrant to search the house from the court of the National Investigation Agency and launched the operation. According to ANI, the police said that five different cases have been registered against Mudassir Ahmed, an active Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist.

According to CrPC, it was necessary to search the house of the terrorist. He said that we sought a search warrant for the house from the NIA court, after which this search operation was conducted. Told that the evidence was taken on record. Apart from this, all the associates of terrorists will also be prosecuted.

‘No mercy or sympathy will be shown’
District Senior Superintendent of Police Khalil Ahmed Poswal told ANI that the investigation is on. If anything is found in the investigation then definitely their properties will be confiscated. No mercy or sympathy will be shown. During the search, the seized evidence will be examined so that the accused can be brought before the judicial for indulging in anti-national activities and promoting terrorism.
