Russia gave support to drowning Pakistan, after wheat-flour now sent help like this

The neighboring country Pakistan, which is facing a severe economic crisis, has again received great help from Russia. Like India and China, now Pakistan has also got supply of crude oil from Russia at a concessional rate. Pakistan can get a big relief from this supply.

Shahbaz Sharif gave information

An AFP report states that cheap crude oil supplies from Russia have reached Pakistan’s Karachi port. This information has been given by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif himself. Pakistan has got help from Russia even before in this period of crisis. The neighboring country Pakistan is currently struggling with many problems at the same time.

Pakistan is surrounded by these crises

There is a danger of financial bankruptcy in front of Pakistan. Talking about the economic situation, the growth rate of Pakistan has remained just 0.29 percent, while the rate of inflation has become almost 100 times that is equal to 29 percent. Apart from these, the situation of unprecedented political crisis is still prevailing. There is a huge shortage of many essential food items, especially wheat and flour, in the neighboring country. Russia also helped in this situation by sending wheat to Pakistan.

India and China benefited a lot

On the other hand, if we talk about Russia, it is currently engaged in war with Ukraine. Due to this ongoing war in Eastern Europe, America and other European countries have imposed many economic sanctions against Russia. Due to these, Russia is selling its crude oil cheaply, because its main market, Europe, is currently closed. India and China are taking maximum advantage of Russia’s cheap crude oil. Pakistan was also trying to get Russian crude oil at a discount.

This is how the consignment reached Karachi

According to the Pakistani media, Pakistan’s efforts have been successful now, when the first ship from Russia reached the port of Karachi on Sunday. According to reports, a consignment of about 1 lakh metric tonnes of crude oil had left from Russia last month. It was loaded into two small ships in Oman, from which the consignment was taken to Karachi.
