Moradabad Husband-Wife Suicide: In Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh (UP), a man committed suicide by shooting himself along with his wife. The incident is of Khanpur village under Bilari Police Station area. According to the police, there used to be frequent quarrels between husband and wife. Because of this, the man committed suicide by shooting his wife and himself. Both have four children. Police took the dead bodies of the couple into custody and after conducting the post-mortem, handed over the dead bodies to the relatives and got involved in further legal action.
Anek Pal lived in Khanpur village with his wife Suman and four children. Anek Pal used to work hard while living in Chandigarh. After coming to their village, Anek Pal and his wife Suman used to often quarrel over one or the other issue. There was a fight between the two late on Tuesday night as well. After a while Anek Pal came to his wife and hugged her. Anek Pal shot himself after hugging his wife. The bullet hit his wife tearing several sails. Both died on the spot due to bullet injuries.
What did the children of the dead tell?
After this, hearing the sound of the bullet, the villagers gathered at the spot. The information of the incident was given to the police. The police reached the spot and took both the bodies in their possession and sent them for postmortem. Forensic team was also called on the spot. The forensic team reached the spot and started investigation. Police did not find any suicide note from the spot. The children of the deceased told that there used to be frequent quarrels between parents on one or the other issue. There was a fight between the two even at night, after that they shot.
‘The person had no enmity with anyone’
SP Dehat Sandeep Singh Meena told that information was received about the death of the husband and wife after being shot. After reaching the spot, the dead bodies were sent for postmortem. There used to be frequent quarrels between husband and wife. Deceased Anek Pal hugged his wife and shot her. His wife was also shot, due to which both of them died. The deceased used to work in Chandigarh. No suicide note has been recovered from them. The brother of the deceased told that he had no enmity with anyone. He committed suicide by shooting himself and his wife.
